Sweet wine
The vineyard is situated in a section between rocky slopes and
Macabre, Grenache blanc, Grenache gris.
Production method:
The grapes were harvested at that time by hand, and fermented like
classic white. The berries were compressed instantly. Fermentation
the resulting juice was arrested by the addition of spirits, thereby preserving
natural grape sugar. The wine then passed through oxidative aging
for several years.
Wines mature in oxidation atmosphere in tanks and oak barrels.
Beautiful, light shade of amber with mahogany reflections. Intensive,
refined nose offers up to aromatic complexity ranging from dried notes
fruits, cinnamon, gingerbread and candied liquorice. Taste is
soft, soft and very fresh and reveals the tones of red apricots and
candied orange.
