The vines of this cuvée are located in the valley of Agly, near Latour de France. Plants are found on rolling slopes in the east-west with soils. Only the best grapes are selected.

Syrah, Carignan, Grenache noir.

The best grapes are picked and harvested by hand. Carignan follows carbon maceration for about 3 weeks. For Grenache and Syrah, the grapes crumble, crush and macerate for more than 4 weeks.

The color is deep, garnet red. The intense and complex nose is marked by notes of red fruit jammy, garrigue and spices. Rich and greasy mouths offer smells of raspberries and cherries.

From now on you can be in the cellar for 3 to 4 years.

Food and wine pairing
grilled steak with pepper sauce, baked lamb shoulder with spices, hare, boar goulash. Beautifully accompanies ripening cheese.
