Domaine Agly Bio vineyards are grown in organic farming.

Strive wine with tones of blueberries, and spices. Rich and strong in the mouth offers tannins.

80% Syrah, 20% grenache

Manual harvesting takes place at the optimum ripeness of each grape variety. Syrah and Grenache Noir are vinified in a traditional vineyard. The extraction is carried out at low temperature by gentle and regular pumping.

Beautiful garnet color with purple reflections. Intense and strong nose with scents of red and black fruit, peony and shrub touch. Wide and soft mouth offers silk tannins and surprises by its volume and perfect freshness.

Wine can be drunk right away, but can wait 4-5 years in the cellar.

Pairing food and wine

This wine will be accompanied: lamb with rosemary, deer goulash, rabbit with mustard. He will also be the perfect companion to Reblochon.

Operating temperature 14 to 16°C, ideal for carafe.
